All of the data about real estate and property listings, financial engineering and the economic environment are collected by the Ecoterritoires and then sent to the business leaders or the entrepreneurs in the form of a customized dossier which contains the elements pertinent to the needs and expectations of the latter.

These compiled dossiers are called “Business Location Proposals” and are sent directly and free of charge to the Project Managers, by confidential dispatch. The business leaders can then study them, and organize visits to those locations which have appealed to them, in order to confirm the validity of the proposals: visits of premises or construction facilities, the organization of round tables with financial partners, the streamlining of the administrative processes or networking with local partners.
