Limoges Metropolitan area and sustainable development: The Conurbation's Agenda 21: This is based upon three main lines of action: energy management and the fight against global warming, knowledge, preservation and development of the heritage, eco-responsibility and solidarity in everyday life. The territorial climate plan: A tool by which to implement the first main line of Agenda 21, a Territorial Climate Plan was launched in 2010. It will enable a balance sheet of greenhouse gas emissions to be drawn up and a joint action plan to be launched in cooperation with all of the local actors with a view to reducing these levels.
